Social events are a part of college life and at AOII we enjoy several social events each
semester. Socials and mixers are a great way to get to know members of CSULB
fraternities and occasionally we team up with one of our other local AOII chapters to plan
events with fraternities from other campuses as well.
This year we had themed socials which included "Junior High" with Delta Chi and
"Woodstock" with Zeta Beta Tau. Dressing up in fun costumes always makes for a fun
night!
For more formal occasions, we look forward to our annual Rose Ball each Spring. This
event is put on by the Seniors as their final farewell to AOII. Last year we went to Khourys.
We enjoyed a nice dinner with a beautiful view of the ocean, especially during the sunset.
Then we enjoyed a fabulous night of dancing and good times with our sisters."
