Alumnae members are a vital part of the growth and development of AOII and the Lambda
Beta Chapter is no different. There are hundreds of AOII alumnae, both from Lambda Beta
chapter and other chapters around the country, who help sustain the chapter through
monetary support, volunteering to serve on the Alumnae Advisory Committee, donating their
talents, goods and services for special projects and awards. Alumnae are also valuable
resources for references, internships and job and career networking.
Alumnae Chapters all over the world allow AOIIs to remain involved with sisters long after they
graduate. Locally, there are several chapters that work with and help support the Lambda
Beta chapter including Long Beach, North Orange County, South Orange
County, and San Diego Alumnae Chapters.
Each year the Lambda Beta collegiate chapter hosts an Alumnae Appreciation event to thank
our local alumnae for their support throughout the year. For more information about this and
